How it all began
The Founder, from Hokkaido, Japan, and an Electronic Engineering alumnus from the Kitami Institute of Technology, started an IT venture company and had a 1.8-billion-yen amount of sales just in the second term and another 5.4 billion yen in the third term. He made an impact in the IT venture boom through recognition from the media.
Tokyo Tec initially invested in many ventures providing management and financial support before transitioning and establishing a coconut biodiesel business in the Philippines. The company later on agreed with the Philippine Department of National and Environmental Resources (DENR) and Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) for a coconut plantation in the Nothern part of the country.
Additionally, the start of a joint exploration of nickel mine in Siargao was also established with ITOCHU Corporation
